Passionate about ethical AI integration and performance improvement, she helps organizations bridge skill gaps and enhance workforce capabilities. As an ISPI SoCal Board Member, she champions evidence-based strategies to advance learning and development. Through collaboration and innovation, she supports ISPI SoCal’s mission to enhance human performance and organizational success.
