Persuading Higher Ups, with Michele Moreno

Michele Moreno

Communicating with leaders is an essential skill when we need to align with strategic objectives, seek support for changing circumstances, and report on outcomes.

Join us so you can build on your techniques for successful communication.

    Session Description

As a communication coach, people often ask me “How do I get my point across to executives so they hear and understand my issue — and act on it?” Add the high-stakes pressure of speaking to people with immense power and this can be a challenge. In this highly interactive presentation, (be ready to participate with camera on), learn to:

    • Overcome nerves to be your best
    • Be clear and concise with your points
    • Connect with the needs of higher ups so they’re captivated
    • Use a simple structure to organize your ideas and influence others
