Get Good with Articulate Storyline, by ATD San Diego

ISPI SoCal has partnered with ATD San Diego to enable ISPI SoCal members to participate in the series Get Good with Articulate Storyline. Articulate Storyline is our profession’s option of choice for developing online learning support. This open forum is for learning and sharing techniques and insights.

This month:  Hidden Gems in Storyline, and Working More Efficiently

Yukon Learning develops training for Articulate itself. You can’t get closer to the source than that. And our guest speaker is Ron Price, the Chief Learning Officer of Yukon Learning. So this is your opportunity to learn what you will probably wish you had known earlier, from the guy who knows best how to help you learn it.

Ron will clue us in on some hidden gems that are often underused, but shouldn’t be. And share some tips and tricks for working more efficiently to get back some of that time we all seem to have so little of.

John has been combining words, visuals, and sound in video and interactive media for clients and employers including Hitachi Data Systems, Farmers Insurance, Southern California Edison, Kaiser Permanente, and most of the Asian car companies.

Author of the book Scriptwriting for High Impact Video, he has taught at Cal State Northridge, lectured at UCLA, and conducted workshops at a variety of professional organizations and conferences.

An experienced coder, he has developed and managed numerous websites, and developed software used by clients including Saturday Night Live. After five years using Storyline at Genentech, he is now accepting assignments as an independent consultant.
